2015 Shortlisted Entry

This project demonstrates the successful integration of human factors and ergonomics principles into a new range of express banking services.

This service is a range of in-branch express banking products and facilities including multifunction ATM’s, in-branch online banking terminals, self service cash and cheque deposit machines and the associated self-service zones. The project utilised a user-centred design approach involving a discovery stage, a concept development stage and a mock up/user testing stage.
